ERPNext, implemented so it actually gets used

Open-source ERP with no per-user licence, full source access and a customisation model that survives upgrades. We handle discovery, configuration, custom Frappe apps, data migration, GST compliance and go-live on your floor.

Who this is for
  • Businesses of 20 to 500 people tired of per-user licence maths
  • Companies whose process is unusual enough that a rigid SaaS ERP will not bend
  • Organisations that need to self-host for data sovereignty or cost reasons
  • Teams with a stalled ERPNext rollout that never made it past finance
What is included

What you get

Discovery on your floor

We follow a real order, job or case end to end before touching configuration, and write down where the time and the rework actually go.

Core configuration

Chart of accounts, cost centres, items and variants, warehouses, pricing rules, workflows, approvals, roles and permissions, set up for your operation rather than a demo company.

Custom Frappe apps

Where standard modules do not fit, we build a proper versioned app with its own doctypes, controllers and migrations, so your customisation survives every upgrade.

Data migration

Masters, opening balances and history, migrated into staging with reconciliation reports your finance team can sign off before cutover.

GST and compliance

GST-ready reporting, IRN and e-invoicing, e-way bills, TDS and TCS, and audit trails, tested against your real document types before go-live.

Training, go-live, aftercare

Role-based training on your own data, a cutover plan with a rollback, on-site presence in the first live week, then tested upgrades on a schedule.

How it runs

The engagement, step by step

6 stages. Something usable at the end of each one.

  1. Stage 01

    Discovery

Two to four weeks depending on scale. Process maps, integration inventory, and a fit-gap list against standard ERPNext functionality.

  2. Stage 02

    Fit and gap

Every requirement classified as standard, configurable, custom, or should-not-be-built. We argue the last category rather than quietly billing it.

  3. Stage 03

    Configure and build

Configuration, custom apps, print formats, reports and integrations, demonstrated to your key users every fortnight.

  4. Stage 04

    Migrate and reconcile

Data into staging, reconciliation reports, and a parallel run of at least one cycle where the risk justifies it.

  5. Stage 05

    Train and go live

Role-based training, quick-reference guides, cutover with a rollback plan, and engineers present in the first live week.

  6. Stage 06

    Support and upgrade

Hypercare, then a steady rhythm of small improvements and version upgrades tested on a staging copy of your live data.

Questions

ERPNext Implementation: common questions

The software carries no licence fee and the source is open, which removes the per-user tax entirely. You still pay for hosting, implementation and support, and those are real costs. What changes is the shape: your bill stops scaling with headcount, and nothing reprices at renewal.

Let's find out whether we are the right fit.

A first call is with an engineer, not a salesperson. Bring the problem; we will tell you honestly what we think.
