Come and build things that stay built
Small team, real ownership, no ticket factory. You will speak to the people using what you build, and your name will be on decisions, not just commits.
What working at SaaSFarers is actually like
Ownership, not tickets
You take a problem, not a specification. You decide the approach, write it down, and defend it in review.
Close to the user
Engineers join discovery visits and support calls. You will watch someone use your work, which changes how you build.
Teaching is part of the job
Everyone mentors. It is the fastest way to get good, and it is how the Academy stays real rather than academic.
Sustainable pace
Two-week increments, honest estimates, and an on-call rota that is shared and compensated. Crunch is a planning failure.
Remote-first, genuinely
Written by default, meetings by exception. Core overlap hours, then get your work done when your brain works.
Open by default
We contribute upstream where we can, and internal decisions are written where the whole team can read them.
Four steps, about two weeks
No unpaid multi-week take-homes, no puzzle rounds, no ghosting. You will get a yes or a no with a reason.
- 01Application
A short form and something you have built. A repository, a live URL or a written breakdown of a decision you made.
- 02Conversation
45 minutes with an engineer about your work and ours. You should be interviewing us too.
- 03Practical
A focused exercise close to real work, timeboxed to about three hours, or a walkthrough of an existing project of yours.
- 04Offer
Team conversation, references, then a written offer with the compensation range stated up front.
Interested but not quite ready?
That is exactly what SaaSFarers Academy is for. Learn on real projects, intern on live client work, and be first in line when we hire.
