How SaaSFarers handles the information you give us. Last updated: 1 September 2026.
What we collect
We collect only what you send us. That is the name, email address, phone number, organisation and message you enter into a form on this site, and, if you subscribe, your email address for the newsletter. We do not buy contact data and we do not scrape it.
To reply to your enquiry, to process an Academy or internship application, to provide services you have engaged us for, and to send you the newsletter if you asked for it. That is the complete list.
This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies. If privacy-respecting analytics are enabled, they are configured without cross-site tracking and without selling data to third parties. Your browser's local storage may be used to remember a preference such as a chosen filter; that never leaves your device.
Form submissions are delivered through a form-processing provider and arrive in our email. Newsletter addresses sit with our email provider. We do not sell, rent or trade your information, and we do not share it with anyone who is not directly involved in answering you.
Enquiries are kept while there is an active conversation and for a reasonable period after, so that we have context if you come back. Client project records are kept for the term of the engagement and any period required by law or contract. Newsletter subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe.
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask us to delete it. Write to hello@saasfarers.com and we will action it within thirty days. Every newsletter has a one-click unsubscribe link.
Where we process data on behalf of a client under a services agreement, that agreement governs, not this page. We act on the client's instructions, we do not use their data to train anything, and access is limited to the engineers on the engagement.
Transport is encrypted, access is least-privilege and reviewed, secrets are managed rather than committed, and backups are encrypted and tested by restoring them. No system is perfect; if something goes wrong that affects you, we will tell you promptly and plainly.
If this policy changes materially we will update the date above and, for anything significant, tell subscribers by email.
Questions about privacy go to hello@saasfarers.com.
