Engagement models
Three ways to work with us
Pick the one that matches the certainty you actually have, not the one that sounds safest.
Discovery sprint
Two to three weeks, fixed fee. On-site time, process mapping, architecture options, a scoped plan and a costed roadmap. You own the output whether or not you continue with us.
Dedicated product team
A monthly team of engineers, design and QA working in two-week increments on a shared board. Best when the destination is clear but the route will change.
Fixed-scope build
A defined deliverable at a defined price. Works when the scope really is fixed, which is rarer than most proposals suggest. We will tell you when it is not.

Both. A two-person business automating a manual process and a 500-person operation replacing a legacy ERP are both normal engagements for us. What we ask for is a decision-maker who can give us honest answers about how the work really happens.
Often, yes. We start with a paid technical audit: we read the code, the data model and the infrastructure, then tell you plainly whether it should be continued, refactored or rewritten, and what each option costs. We will say rewrite only when we can defend it.
Discovery is a fixed fee. Build work is usually a monthly retainer for a dedicated team, or a fixed price where the scope is genuinely fixed. Support and managed services are a monthly fee tied to an agreed response time. Everything is written down before work starts.
Discovery can usually begin within one to two weeks. Full build teams depend on current commitments; we will give you a real date rather than an optimistic one, and we would rather say four weeks and mean it.
