ERP that matches how your business actually works

We implement ERPNext, Odoo and Zoho, which means the recommendation you get is not decided by what we happen to sell. First we work out how your business actually runs, then we pick the platform that fits it, then we make it stick.

Who this is for
  • Businesses of 20 to 500 people outgrowing spreadsheets and disconnected tools
  • Companies facing a licence renewal that has stopped making sense
  • Operations with a workflow no off-the-shelf module quite fits
  • Teams who bought an ERP, never finished the rollout, and stopped trusting it
What is included

What you get

On-site process mapping

We follow a real order, job or case from the first phone call to the final invoice, and record where the time, the rework and the errors actually go.

Platform selection, unbiased

ERPNext, Odoo or Zoho. We implement all three, so the choice is argued from your headcount trajectory, process complexity, technical capacity and data requirements rather than from our margin.

Implementation and configuration

Chart of accounts, items, warehouses, workflows, approvals, roles and reports configured for your operation, not a demo company.

Custom apps and doctypes

Where the standard module does not fit, we build a proper app on the framework, upgrade-safe, rather than a pile of client scripts nobody can maintain.

Data migration

Masters, opening balances and history moved with reconciliation reports, so finance can prove the numbers rather than hope.

Training and adoption

Role-based training with your data, printed quick guides, and floor-walking support in the first weeks. Adoption is where ERP projects are actually won or lost.

Support and upgrades

Version upgrades tested on a staging copy first, patched custom code, monitoring, backups and a support line that understands your configuration.

How it runs

The engagement, step by step

6 stages. Something usable at the end of each one.

  1. Stage 01

    Discovery on your floor

Two to four weeks depending on scale. Process maps, pain points, integration inventory and a gap list against standard functionality.

  2. Stage 02

    Fit and gap

We classify every requirement as standard, configurable, customisation or should-not-be-built, then agree scope against that honestly.

  3. Stage 03

    Build and configure

Configuration, custom apps, print formats, reports and integrations, demonstrated to your key users every fortnight.

  4. Stage 04

    Migrate and validate

Data migration into staging, reconciliation, parallel run of at least one cycle where the risk warrants it.

  5. Stage 05

    Train and go live

Role-based training, cutover plan with a rollback, and on-site presence during the first live week.

  6. Stage 06

    Stabilise and improve

Hypercare, then a steady rhythm of small improvements and tested upgrades.

Questions

ERP Solutions: common questions

Whichever fits. Broadly: Zoho when you want a hosted suite running fast and can live inside its ceiling; Odoo when you need wide functional depth from a commercial vendor with a large partner network; ERPNext when you want full source and data ownership with no per-user licence and can take on more operational responsibility. We implement all three, so nothing is predetermined.

Let's find out whether we are the right fit.

A first call is with an engineer, not a salesperson. Bring the problem; we will tell you honestly what we think.
